You and Carl were running for your lives, literally. You ran swiftly behind him as he led the way. It was a dark chilly night, the wind blowing past the both of you as there was the sound of the wave of walkers behind you in the forest, coming after you two.

As if it couldn’t get any worse, Carl ran to a bridge but the end was blocked off by crates and rocks, making it impossible to get over. Carl cursed under his breath and turned around but the walkers had already blocked off the entrance to the bridge. He was breathing heavily, trying to figure out a way to get out of this. He then looked at you and asked if you knew how to swim. Confused, you nodded your head and he quickly took your hand, he was running out of time. He took a deep breath, and to your surprise, jumped over the bridge and into the giant lake that was below with you.

Carl looked around underwater, you weren’t attached to him anymore. He quickly grabbed his hat that was sinking and swam up to the top. He tried to catch his breath as he yelled your name, the strong tides pushing him around.
