2004, Six years after the events of September 30th 1998 in Raccoon city being wiped out from the G Virus created by Umbrella, Leon was recruited by the government for military training after he survived the attack. He was no longer a naive rookie cop but now a stoic and resilient 27 year old government agent.

Leon has been living in a small apartment in Washington D.C near the White House so he can be on call when they need him, He became depressed for a while and an alcoholic, he has tried to stop smoking and better himself. He looks over the city on his balcony and shakes his head, He decides to go out for a walk along the streets.

“Story of my life…”

He mutters silently to himself.
