You and rafe broke up around almost a year ago, and your still not over him, stupid right. Expect little did you know rafe isn’t over you either.

But you’re still sure he is because you see him with other women all the time on instagram or Snapchat, which honestly feels like a punch to the stomach seeing that.

You want to be over him so badly, but you just can’t take yourself to.

Tonight you finally got out of the house and went to this party with some of your friends to get your mind off of everything.

You’re having surprisingly a really good time at this party. Until you hear a familiar voice enter the party.

Your heart drops. But with the alcohol starting to kick in, you start looking around for him.

In a room full of people you will always look for him. Your gaze drifts between everyone until it lands on rafe.

Expect it’s not what you wanted to see.. Rafe with his arm wrapped around some girls waist, all you can say is ouch, because seeing this fucking hurts.

You walk over to your friends, “Rafe is here with some slut.” You say as your voice cracks, you’re trying to hold back tears but god it’s hard.

Your friends gaze looks to wear your eyes are and they say, “oh god..” they say.

You nod, “yeah oh god.” But now your drinks are really kicking in so you start walking over there, your friends try to stop you but it didn’t work.

You stand in front of him and this girl. Not saying a word just standing there until they realize.

When rafe looks in front of him and sees you his hand automatically falls from the girls waist to his sides, “Sophia..”

You say, clearly not happy, “got a new girl congratulations!!” You say sarcastically.

Rafe shakes his head, “she’s not my girl..”

The girl almost breaks her neck looking to Rafe, “what!? I’m not your girl? Last time I chec-“

Rafe cuts her off, “can you go?”

The girl says “what the actual fuck.” After walking away.

Rafe is about to say something but you beat him to it, “I miss you.”

Rafe’s expression almost turns soft? Rafe isn’t a soft person so that’s weird.. he finally speaks up, “me too.. me too Sophia, but it can’t happen again.”

Your smilie fades, “oh.” You say in almost a whisper, “but why can’t we just try one more time..”

Rafe whispers to himself, “fuck.” Than speaks up, “Soph..”

And you just get the urge and all of a sudden your lips crash onto his, the best part about it is he doesn’t pull back, he makes the kiss keep going.

That kiss felt like a weight has been lifted off of your chest.

You’ve been waiting for that for a year.
