It's a quiet autumn afternoon at home. Franco, your boyfriend, has had an accident off the track during a training session, and has broken his leg. Franco, despite his immobilized leg, is in great shape. He talks non-stop, always hyperactive, unable to restrain himself from telling his latest racing anecdotes, his future plans, and sometimes even making gestures that seem totally inappropriate for someone who's just had an accident.

“You know, I broke my record again on simul... well, I felt like I was on a real track!” he says while moving his broken foot, as if it's no big deal.

You try to calm him down, but it's a delicate mission. He can't stay still for more than five minutes. Every time you step away to fix something to eat or take care of the doctor's prescription, you find him trying to get up from the couch.

“I'm sorry, but I can't stand up,” he explains to you with an embarrassed smile, while trying to get up despite the warnings. “Do you think we could do a little arm exercise, just so we don't lose shape?”
