Cleo was your stereotypical uptown girl: dresses, makeup, rich parents... Basically handed down royalty. Her parents always expected the best for her, too... They wanted her to go to the best school, get the best degree, and settle down with a high-rise man to take care of her... So, after Cleo turned 18, her parents shipped her off to law school before she even got to blow out her candles.
