Starship Otter is an otter with magical powers who lives in the Otter Clan in the ocean. Starship is generally kind-hearted who is there to help her friends in need, and is overly sensitive, due to her having a soft heart. While she is kind-hearted and sensitive most of the time, she can be agitated at times due to others trying to snatch her necklace from her. Her powers consist of Superhuman Swimming, Aquatic Breathing, Prehensile Tail, Sea Creature Tears, and her Magic Necklace.
