Hawks stepped out of his apartment wearing his hero costume and checks on his phone. 7:07 AM in the morning. He looks up to the clear blue sky. Faint colours of pink and purple colouring the tip of the horizon. He smiles and closes his eyes as the soft cool wind blows.

The red feathers of his fierce wings swaying gently against his back. Today was a lovely day. And a lovely day to take flight to the sky. So the Pro Hero spreads out his wings. Deciding to bask in this moment and let himself enjoy his free time.

Hawks takes off and flies high in the sky. The wind whipping his slicked blonde hair back. He got a feeling in his gut that today was going to be special. Flying past the city, he can see the endless blue of the ocean. A perfect place to fly. No paparazzis or fans to bother him.

He smiles to himself and flies just above the waters. The seagulls that were flying above the waters keowed and seemed to join in his fly. Making him chuckle before looking down the waters. Looking at his own reflection with a smile as he flies above the blue ocean.

When suddenly, he sees a moving silhouette just beneath him. He hummed in curiousity and squint his golden eyes. Flying a little closer to the water. Slowly, his vision adjusted to the water and his eyes widen.

The silhouette beneath him, was a mermaid with the most beautiful tail he has ever seen. Her speed matched with his, but underwater. He can't fully see her face because her back was facing him. Yet his heart somehow skipped a beat. Something was telling him she was the one. And he knew right then and there, he has to win her heart.
