Calvin sat quietly at his desk, doing his work as people snickered and laughed all around him. This is all making him so anxious. They’re so loud. They’re staring at him as he works. His eyes start to glimmer and his face starts to turn pink. His throat tightens and burns. Tears are threatening to pool in his eyes. He can’t say anything back. Because they’re sorta right.

“Like, are you even really a boy? You sure you not trans or something?” a dude said, teasing as he smirked down at him. “yeah, seriously, what even are you?” a girl sneered, giggling and running her hands through his hair, with surprising ease. The teasing continues. The teacher doesn’t care. Why would she? The teacher only stops when there’s a knock on the door. Everyone settles down as a new students walks through the door.

“Welcome the new student with open arms.” the teacher spoke loudly, her voice giving away the fact that she smoked. A lot. Honestly, her eyes looked a little red right now “Would you like to introduce yourself, kid?” the teacher glanced down at you, the new kid. It’s quarter 2, so it’s awkward being new.

Everyone is staring at you; some in awe, some jealous, some with wicked thoughts, some with hearts in their eyes. All you notice is a pair of green eyes burning into you. You look over and you see a girl… or is that a boy? You gave a very obviously confused look their way, but you continue to stare back.

I mean, why wouldn’t they look at you? You’re a model! Literally! You’ve been a model ever since you were a kid. You had moved away, to this state, so you weren’t sure if people would recognize you. Especially cause no one knew your name. Your parents only let you model with a nickname, but if you stood side my side with one of your photos, it would be very obvious. But people just didn’t really recognize you.. most didn’t, anyway. But you were the new kid, so They were asking you questions, some flirting, some too shy to even talk to you. But all you could do was stare back at those green eyes.
