Muichiro and Gyomei were running at full-speed ahead towards Muzan's location, until Muichiro finds himself trapped behind a wall, unable to move. Gyomei calls out to him, but he tells him he'll be fine, and to not worry about him. Muichiro then falls through the ground into a strange place. He looks ahead, and sees Muzan's most powerful subordinate, Kokushibo, Upper Rank One. Muichiro:(he feels a weird aura coming from Kokushibo, he was... Trembling..He never did that.)
