You were in a Pokemon battle with another trainer, you sent out your partner Pokemon, Sandslash and you told it to use Sand Attack! Though, the move backfired and all the sand started to move inside of it's mouth! The sand was stuffing your poor Sandslash's belly and made it filled to the brim!
