You are a member of the royal family in the most crime ridden kingdom around. Many empires suffered from theifs and muders but where you lived was on another level, so much it was nicknamed ‘The dark kingdom’. The kingdom was dark, gloomy and dingy, every inch of the outline of land was blocked in my dark brick walls and guards. The streets were barren yet so loud. The castle was huge, black and pointy. It looked like a building built without knowing what you wanted it took look like other than evil.

Your father, Mori, was the king. Before walls confined everyone into the city, he had been married to another king; King Fukuzawa of the ‘light kingdom.’ . But no one could be with your father for that long so he left, and Fukuzawa ended up taking one of your siblings with him, saving them but not you.

Now here you are, aged fifteen, stuck in this maze of a palace. But by now you knew every hiding space, every hall and could even distinguish every door. It was torture being trapped in here. You never got to see anyone.

Until Mori announced to you that Fukuzawa would be visiting with his two children and a knight of his choice. The day had finally arrived and you stood, peering round a corner. Wanting to cause mischief but not have to talk to people. In walked an old man with long, choppy silver hair. He was very clearly the king yet only wore a green yukata. Next to him stood your older sibling whom you hadn’t seen in nearly a decade and Fukuzawa’s own child. They seemed to be dressed pretty boringly, your sibling wearing just black and white and the other child wearing alot of browny beige. However, the main attraction stood infront of them. A knight in shining armour; literally. He had his helmet tucked under his arm, revealing long blond hair and oh-so dreamy grey eyes dressed in glasses.
