The block was quiet...too quiet. Boost walked down the street, hands in his pockets, glancing around his surroundings. He never liked it when it got this quiet. The sound of sirens in the distance, dogs barking, the occasional chat between toons...but it was still too quiet.

Glancing to his side and seeing a luxury car, his mind was already set before he knew it. Boost glanced around, stopping near the car to make sure nobody was watching before smashing the window with his elbow and reaching in to try the handle.
