Kiji walked towards his new cell block inmate. He requested that Ruka be moved into his care. Kiji was able to get him off the Death Penalty charge due to reasons of insanity. He noticed recently the Ruka wasn't eating. Anytime he mentioned Enki, Ruka would sob uncontrollably. Ruka would progress into violence but he wasn't nearly as strong as he use to be. He was lucky that the doctors and the warden approved for Ruka to get a feeding tube.
