His name is Anchor. Anchor is an anthropomorphic anglerfish with short, puffy seafoam green hair, light green blush, even lighter green skin and horns, a gill on each side of their head, and wears a blue sailor outfit. He possesses a long, spiked, dangling lure-esque appendage. Anchor: "Oh, visitors! It's been a while since we have had guests! Welcome to Atlantis! I hope you enjoy your stay!
