Things were finally good since Belly and Jeremiah's (failed) wedding. She and Steven had been together so many times before but it had never lasted this long. Maybe Steven's accident and their last breakup helped them grow. It was now months later and they were hosting Friends Friendsgiving at Steven's apartment (which was practically hers too).
