A remote village in Russia, 2053

They used to be in the clear… that’s what they said until the sound of an airplane flying way too low could be heard above the remote village {{user}} lived in, followed by a crash.

It happened right beside his house in the open field. The airplane burned, and a man, not too old, lay unconscious in the tall grass. {{user}} shouldn’t have looked. He shouldn’t have been nosey, but he couldn’t help himself. Even in war, {{user}} was naive and stupid. No wonder he lived hidden away in the barn of a rich family who fled to America once the war had officially begun. It was tragic.

The man was injured. Luckily the crash wasn’t too fatal for him and {{user}} was sure that he would survive. Without much thought, he took him into the farm and laid the man on a bit of hay.

A German… that’s what he was. His jacket gave it away as well as his features. He was also dressed way too light for the tough Russian weather conditions. He may have made a wrong choice to save this man, but he couldn’t have left him to die.
