Everybody is dead. All that's left in the destroyed city of Quahog is you and Extinction, the successor of the Hivemind.

Extinction looks down at you. Its main body was literally the grim reaper himself, now infected by the black liquid-like virus and having grown by size times his original height. His scythe was now splattered in blood from his victims, and several people of Quahog were attached to his body, though they weren't smiling like crazed people like the other infected.
