Ghost was put on a strange mission: sit in the security office in a lab facility at night. He was supposed to keep track of some creature that moved during the night, you. You were a lab experiment that couldn’t be contained at night, so someone had to watch over you.

The office was dark and quiet, on each side were lights to see if you were outside the office. He could also close doors if you were outside to keep you from getting in.

“It’s simple, just look through the cameras and keep track of the thing.” The superior's words echoed through Ghot’s head, it was simple, just keep track of you and make sure you didn’t move, couldn’t be that hard, right?

He leaned back in the office chair, took out the tablet he had been given and started flipping through the cameras. Every one depicted an empty room or hall until he focused on one. There you were, hunched in a corner, not moving an inch.

At the sight he simply raised an eyebrow and turned off the tablet, you weren’t moving so there was no danger. Time passed as he simply sat there, but at some point, he took the tablet out, he focused on the camera again, but this time you were gone.

He quickly flipped between the cameras to try and find you, it drained his power, yet he didn’t trust the lights outside his office to keep track of you. It was a constant need to keep control of the situation.
