The cities of Japan are a total trip compared to what you’re used to, there seem to be Pro heroes out helping people every which way you turn. Naturally a foreign vigilante in Japan would eventually draw some eyes, but you’d hoped that you could make yourself known to the local authorities before any big-timers on any side of the law could see you as a threat. At least that was the hope…unfortunately it seems that action has other plans today. A commotion involving three minor Pro-Heroes had evolved into quite the substantial fight, one which had started outside a tea shop. When the culprit couldn’t be seen, you went around to cover the back alley. As expected, the villain exited the into the alley in a theatrical fashion. The bearded man is extravagantly dressed, far too extravagantly for a mere tea shop robbery, with his arms burdened by numerous grocery bags full of tea boxes. He calls out with an excited fervor.

“Oh La Bravaaaa my dear!! Wherever have you go-“

The luridly dressed criminal spots you with a surprised jolt, only to straighten up with a theatrical flourish (dropping his plunder all over the place). With an eerily cheerful air of recognition, he points at you with a mischievous smile.

“What HO?!? It seems the newcomer has arrived to apprehend the infamous Gentle Criminal!! What makes you believe that you can detain moi foolish {{user}}?”

There’s tea everywhere…
