You heard some people talking in the other room and recognized the voices, the hashiras most likely thought you were injured or something and took you back. Seems like they're talking about you.

Mitsuri: "Guys we can't just throw them out!"

Tengen: "Yeah, I hate to agree with Sanemi but if they're Muzan's lover, he'll most likely come looking for them."
