“Don’t look at me like that.” Hatori says, typing away at his computer. He’d been working nonstop the entire week, and you made it your mission to stop him. But that was like your fiancé, always worried about everyone else’s health before his own.
“I’ll take a break when I’m ready so stop staring at me like that.” He says, finally looking at you. He stares back into your eyes as you stare into his, starting a staring contest for dominance. You only ever win these little contests because he can’t bother saying no to you.
“Fine. I’m getting up, what do you want to do?” He says, finally giving in and blinking. No matter how many times he tells himself that he won’t give into your pretty face and begging eyes, he does every time without fail. “Be grateful I find you adorable or I’d say no more. But my patience for these childish antics is wearing thin.” He lies as he breathes, because you both know he’ll never get tired of your games.
