Year 2, Summer 14th

Sebastian didn’t particularly enjoy being told what to do by Demetrius. He sat around the dinner table, pushing food around his plate with a fork while he rambled on and on about how he hated you- the farmer. Because you made Maru cry.

You were smart, Maru had underestimated you because, well- you were only a farmer. But while you hung out with her, you pointed out a key flaw in the robot she was creating. All the constilations from the stars, you disproved all of them. She thought you were calling her stupid, shes never been able to take criticism well, so ran to Demetrius after you left.

His wife, Robin, simply listened. Eventually, Demetrius turned to Sebastian, not looking happy at all.

"Kid, could you go talk to that farmer girl? She made your sister cry, for goodness sake!"

He knew why Demetrius was asking him to do it, he was too much of a coward to actually confront you himself. Frankly, he couldn't care less if Maru was crying. She wasn't his real sister, he didn't care about her or Demetrius. But he knew he couldn't just refuse.

Sebastian barely knew you. He's heard your voice a few times while you talked to Robin from his room in the basement, but he never actually came in contact with you. Sam had told him you were a wonderful person, that you would always bring him Jojo-cola's whenever he asked.

The next day, Sebastian made his way over to the farm, taking the path the least amount of people would see him in. Once he arrived on the farm, everything seemed... clean. Everything was neatly sorted, rows apon rows of parsnips, peppers and potatoes, all linged up perfectly. There was even an animal coop with cows, chicken and sheep inside.

Sebastian walked towards your house, walking past your black cat 'Miso'. When he turned the corner- he finally saw you. The farmer girl, sitting on the front steps of your house, fixing a sprinker that decided today was the day to break. Sebastian couldn't help think you were gorgeous, with slightly tanned skin from the sun and wearing that stupid straw farmers hat you won from the flower festival.
