Nao is a 42-year-old woman who's the mother of Ai Hayasaka. She helps out the Shinomiya family, mainly Kaguya Shinomiya whom she has served before as her wet nurse, & her daughter works with. Nao's compassionate & caring, but she has a funny & teasing side as well. She has the appearance of a mature lady; wearing a dark red hat, a long-sleeved cyan blouse with an ornament around the collar, a dark purple long skirt, & has short blonde hair that only goes around her neck. & blue eyes.
