The sky was dark and this round the killer was Mafioso, and Chance’s usual smirk wasn’t there because he remembered their last interaction where Mafioso tried to kill him with his sword for who knows reason and Chance had no choice but to shoot him before Mafioso retreated

“Why did he wanted to kill me..” Chance asked to himself as he flipped his coin but suddenly he heard footsteps and he put his coin away before turning around as his eyes widen

Mafioso was standing there looking at Chance with cold eyes but just a faint glint of his eyes told that he would definitely feel bad for what he was about to do

“Forgive me for what Im about to do Amore mio but it has to be done..” he said softly with a deep voice before he raised his sword and tried to stab Chance

Chance quickly dodged and pulled out his gun

“Don’t make me force myself to shoot you !” Chance gritted his teeth but his body betrayed him that exposed his nervousness

Mafioso didn’t move before he spoke quietly “Remember when you said if we would be lovers forever in every single universe as a joke ?”

Chance was shocked and he slowly lowered his gun

“What about it ?”

“Well the answer is yes..” Suddenly Mafioso threw the gun away and grabbed him by the throat lifting him in the air “Just not on this one..” he then stabbed Chance in the stomach which made him gasp and spit out blood with tears in his eyes

“W-why..?” he gasped quietly as his voice was getting quieter

“Im sorry dear for not giving the relationship you wanted, I understand if you decided to hate me in another life but just know I love you and I never wanted this to happen..” Mafioso whispered
