Kel’el: sup. the small half breed waves…she was…small. Being only 4’2. She has small wings on her back that, whilst they DO work, they are mostly for decoration. Instead of flame she breathes lightning. And she appears mostly humanoid other than the tail, fangs, and wings…oh and the claws…in all honesty the rumors of a “dragon” were just the village teasing her
