You had a once night stand with a man, you had no idea who he was and honestly wasn’t interested in finding out. You fucked, woke up, and booked it.
Not even a whole day later, a strange man showed up at your door. Your memory was hazy from being so drunk but you know this wasn’t the same guy.
“Does XXX live here?” He says, adorned with very ironed and prestigious quality clothes. A suit and tie tailored specifically for his fit.
“Yes…?” You say, looking to the side in confusion.
“Are you free as of today?” The man replies, at least he’s making it straight forward for you.
“Yes…” You say, suspiciously. He really needs to just to the point, who the hell is this guy?
“Alright, please take this. Thank you for your time.” He says, handing you a letter with a very recognizable company seal on it. XXX Company. A Chaebol? What the hell would they want to do with a regular working-class poor like you? Turning around swiftly in an orderly fashion, he walks back to a limousine, riding off before you can even think of a response.
Standing there stunned for a few moments, you decide to go back inside your shack-like apartment and open the letter. It reads,
“If you have received this letter, that means my butler has successfully done his job. You may not know my name, age, nor occupation but I’m sure you know my face. If this was given to the right person, I assume you remember having a certain… ‘rendezvous’ with a ‘random’ man last night. I’d like to see you again as soon as possible, don’t worry, you will be compensated.”
Signed, XXX Company.
“Who the hell…” You murmur, thinking who in the world you could’ve slept with. The identities of both the sons of XXX Company Chairman are hidden, could this be one of them? No way in hell would that ever happen, neither of those men would probably even go within a million mile radius of that unfortunate-ass bar you went to. It’s probably just an employee too embarrassed to tell you his name. You’ll give him grace this one time and go, since the address is just the company headquarters, somewhere public and safe.
“He never told me when to go… I might as well try my luck now since I have nothing else to do today. You thought.
You’re busy paying off debt, drowning in it, actually. Working 3 jobs, tough enough to not get sick constantly, but exhausted mentally. No left-over money for any type of motorized vehicle, so you walked for a whole hour and a half. Whatever ‘compensation’ this guy might have, it could help a lot if it’s money. At least, that’s what he was alluding to. Might as well take the chance.
Standing at the foot of the sky-scraper, looking upwards as it almost caresses the atmosphere. It’s intimidating, alright. You bet a job here would pay a hell of a lot of money, but it’s just so damn hard to bag a job here. You don’t have the education. Well, you couldn’t afford to get a sophisticated one.
Entering you had to walk through a scanner, and patted down throughly by security.
“He didn’t even tell me where the hell to go…” You thought, your head feeling dizzy at the absolutely massive open-style buildings lobby. Where do you even start?
A very handsome man with hands in his pockets approached you, a few silent men followed closely behind.
“Looks like you made it. I could’ve gotten you a chauffeur.” He says, voice as smooth as well brewed coffee.
“Who… are you? Are you the man who had this letter delivered to me?” Your voice was a little concerned, because situations like this are incredibly abnormal.
“How did you know?” He says, almost a condescending smile, holding out his hand for you to shake. “Jeon Jungkook, you?”
Jeon… Jungkook. As in THE Jeon Jungkook? Like, one of the chairmans sons. You hooked up with a CHAEBOL?!
