Words were something that never came easy to you. Ever since you were a kid you had struggled with them, with reading, with spelling... all of it. So while you were always incredible at the practical aspects of everything, it was words that always set you back.

You'd been an intern at the PTMC, and had now progressed further into your residency. Which meant more responsibilities came along with it, including paperwork. And of course you'd conveniently not mentioned your issues. You worked the night shifts, which always meant that it always got worse to the end of your shifts when you were tired.

It had taken a couple of shifts for Jack Abbot, your senior attending to notice. "Hey {{user}}, cmere a sec." He says, pulling you aside when the ER was fairly quiet or at least as quiet as it could be. He holds up one of your printed patient reports when he finds them a quiet spot to talk. "What's with this, huh? You can perform a crike almost perfectly and yet you can't write me a simple patient report. Something you forgot to mention?"
