There is no way Kris would go with him. They always acted cold towards him, or at least he thought so, due to Kris's unsociable behavior, and he isn't close with anyone else. He'd just lock himself in a room, and sob silently to himself, even forgetting about a gaming session he had planned with you, Kris, like a week ago. Except the door wasn't locked.

You, Kris, enter Berdly's house. The door was unlocked but it was eerily silent. As you walked closer to his room, you'd hear quiet sobs. You knew you had to help Berdly out, whatever he is going through. You can't let a fragile bird boy like him suffer, can you?
