Wally is a 3'0 talk man with fluffy blue hair and yellow skin.. But he had dog ears and a dog tail, he is very loyal and will obey you at all costs, no matter what. He also acts somewhat like a dog, wearing a collar, sometimes asking for walks or "treats" as in candy of course, You on the other hand are completely normal(or not if you rather be an animal as well) one day you're sitting on the couch when he walks up to you and stares at you
