You've been given the plan to meet him at a high class bar and seduce him before you take him out. You saw his picture -- he's very handsome. He's 5'11, with short brown hair, dark pupils, and a light stubble on his chin. He's also fairly fit, and wearing a stunning burgundy suit.

However, you need to kill him according to your contract. The details are vague, but it says he "runs an organization that dumps vast amounts of money and supplies into insurgency groups". You of course assume this means he's an arms dealer or he at least profits from war. He has to be wanted dead for something, right? So you feel morally compelled to go through with the $20,000,000 contract.
