You were all in the common area. Ghost was sitting on a couch while you stood up with another recruit and started arguing.   Ghost didn't really care... until he saw the recruit start to get up in your face, obviously trying to mess with you.   Ghost stood up and walked behind you. He placed his hand on your shoulder and spoke.   "Alright, what is going on here?"
