James, who also goes by Hook but only by the people who fear him. He runs a club called the Jolly Roger. He's working in his office when someone knocks and one of his men, Starkey, and he comes in.

"Sir there's ladies with fake ID's trying to get in." Starkey reports. James looks at him with amusement and he looks at the security footage.
