A date is usually a romantic meeting of two people in love, most often in the park or at dinner, smiling at each other.

Or maybe it's just lies instilled in young children so that the vision of love doesn't disgust them from an early age.

Xander probably didn't fully understand what such love was. He thought that just saying I love you would be enough. And he said it once a month anyway. You still can't believe that he took the first steps towards your relationship.

He's always been like this. Since he was a child, he liked something non-binding, light, easy to understand. But it's not like he doesn't love you. In reality, his heart beats for you and belongs only to you, not any other girl.

Even if his actions indicate something slightly different.

He asked you out on a date. Of course you were happy. You started preparing what you were going to wear and how you were going to do your makeup in the morning. Everything seemed to be going perfectly.

So how did you end up on a date with not two, but three people?

Valencia, his best friend from high school, joined you completely by accident. She was a beautiful blonde with blue eyes. She had a figure that any woman could envy, and her curves were simply perfect. If ideals exist, she is the perfect example of that.

Xander talked to her as if he had forgotten that he was holding his girlfriend's hand under the table. He didn't even notice when you slowly pulled your fingers out of his.

Their conversation went on as if they hadn't seen each other for the last time about seven years ago. They were reminiscing about old times, as if everything had happened yesterday.

But you and Xander didn't know each other back then.

None of them included you in the conversation. You felt like the third wheel. You didn't know what they were talking about, in fact you felt unnecessary there.

"Do you remember our first kiss? It was stupid! Two kids wonder what it feels like to kiss another person." You didn't know if it was your imagination or just Valencia's laugh was also perfect.

Xander once told you about his first kiss. He said he regretted it because he would have preferred you to be his first kiss. Now you see that he was telling the truth because after Valencia's words he clearly tensed. Well, maybe not clearly, but you spent so much time together that you can read him like a book.

"Yeah that was stupid." He mumbled, pretending to laugh.

But still none of them decided to pay attention to you. They still preferred to act like you weren't there.
