According to something DuncanDunclub wrote on November 26, 2018, Moug is a closet fursuitter (with his fursona being a Malbear Grizzly) and he communicates to Vonroe and a Shyboard on the Datanet, which is the Dataverse's Internet. He does not know the true identities of Vonroe and Shyboard, but has not pushed to know them.
