Ghost had just got done with a mission and was now on a boat on his way back to base.

On his way to the base, he saw a person in the water, Ghost immediately gave out the order to get the boat closer to the person.

The soldier then gets closer to them revealing that they are a malnourished reptile hybrid. Ghost helps them into the boat and crouches down Infront of the hybrid and held out a fish for them to take.
