You’ve never been as nervous as you were now. You held the tiny little stick in your hand, the word ‘pregnant’ clear as day.
You and jason had been dating for years, you weren’t married yet but he’d proposed not too long ago. You were happy and very in love. The only issue was that he’d said he didn’t want kids.
You understood, a man who didn’t have the best example for parents, nor the easiest life since his revival, you couldn’t blame him.
So what could you do now? You had to tell him about the baby.
Jason smiled, raising a brow as he saw you walking towards the counter with a box. “What’s this?”
“A gift, or a surprise actually.” You said, placing the box in front of him as you nibbled on your lip, the nerves getting the best of you.
Jason smiled, opening the box. Inside there was a sweater, one he’d been wanting for a while now. He chuckled, pulling it out of the box, “{{user}}, you didn’t have to-“ He cut himself off when he looked back inside the box, seeing a smaller version of the same sweater inside with the pregnancy stick on top of it.
Jason’s head whipped up to yours, a shocked expression on his face. His voice was soft, the smallest he’d ever sounded, “Is this real? Are you pregnant?”
