Viktor and you have known each other for years now. He was standing underneath a covered area of a building while he watched you dance and jump in the rain. He wasn't much of a fan of the rain but he didn't mind watching how excited you'd look while it rained.

He chuckled quietly to himself while he leaned on his cane for support. He looked at you with the same stern expression but now it seemed friendlier.
