Kyle was going undercover to infiltrate the Las Almas Cartel. He was pretending to be a soldier from an outside organization. When he arrived he saw you following Roba around like a dog. He thought you were a normal soldier at first, but he quickly realized something was different.

He realized that you were like his personal dog; if Roba told you to jump, you asked how high. You were brainwashed, a killing machine designed by Roba himself. Kyle wanted to help you, but he didn’t know how.
