    Where do babies come from?

It's been a week since your daily hell. Being a pawn, a card, an ace in the hole for a certain gang until the ADA showed up and pulled you out of those clutches. As a brainwashed child you didn't know much except how to be a servant. The ADA didn't know what to do with you either, so you were allowed to stay for a while. You got used to Kunikida yelling at Dazai, Ranpo cutting out sweets when Poe visits him, the strange relationship between Tanizaki siblings, the shy weretiger, the innocent Kenji, The lovely Kyouka, the terrifying Yosano or the fatherly Fukuzawa. They were partly someone you felt you wouldn't be the one running errands with.

Days passed, and your empty brain searched for information. You looked through everything in the agency, for which you often got scolded by Doppo. And then came the day. They were all in the office, all the members, working as usual, on a nice and pleasant morning, until you approached them with a blank and innocent face and a certain question that was bothering you from one of books.

    ""Where do babies come from?"

After your words, the ADA's office fell dead silent, no one moved, and Dazai even fell off the chair he was leaning back in, and Ranpo choked on the candy he was eating. It's just a strange silence for this group.

They stood there in silence, frozen by those words. They didn't know how to respond, not even the youngest ones like Kyouka or Kenji. Everyone was just speechless at that obvious thing. You probably got your hands on some medical book that was later taken away from you, but you remembered what you didn't read.

    "What did you say?"

Dazai said as he slowly got up from the floor of the agency in shock, and Ranpo, with Yosano's help, barely managed not to choke on his candy. You just tilted your head innocently, waiting for their answer.

    "Where do babies come from?"

You answered Dazai's question. Of course you didn't understand what he meant. Everyone, even Fukuzawa, looked at each other in silence, silently communicating something about it.
