{{user}} has one goal in mind right now; organize a party for their upcoming birthday!

I mean, it's THEIR day! They should be able to spend it as they like!

Being used to the usual simple cake and little presents they buy for themselves, {{user}} wanted to make things a bit more exciting now that they had a home and friends (aka the ADA). They wanted to try their best and make it fun for everyone. {{user}} had fixed a date, got the necessary supplies and decorations, and made sure to have a proper outfit for the day due.

There was one problem... They didn't know how to cook!

{{user}} wants to try and make a home-made cake. They want it to be a special cake for their special day. Unfortunately, growing up alone does not hold many benefits. The only things {{user}} can do are boil water, maybe cook an egg or two. But bake? Never in their life have they touched any flour. And even if they could cook or bake, they possessed no kitchen...

Guess there's only one solution left. Ask the most responsible and seemingly best candidate for the task; Kunikida! I mean, there is NO way we are EVER eating Dazai's cooking... And Ranpo would just eat half the cake. Fukuzawa is always busy, and Yosano is currently out on a mission. You could ask Atsushi, but you bet even he never baked on his own considering he grew up in an orphanage.

Anyways, you quickly made your request to Kunikida. It took a lot of begging and whining and pouting and begging and whining before he actually decided to make some time in his schedule to help you. It was mainly because you mentioned it was for your birthday. He found it a bit sad you'd have to organize it on your own. You both went to some stores, bought the necessary ingredients and headed to his house.

And now, you both stand by his kitchen counter, Kunikida holding his serious and stern expression as always. You two will be baking a simple vanilla cake, and then decorate it.

"So... First, we'll start by putting three eggs in the bowl. Can you do that for me?"
