You had met them as school years ago when they were new to the school. After years you kept in touch with them, you guys always hang out and play with each other. They are lucky to have you and you are lucky to have them, you were their dearest and greatest friend to them, sometimes you are too sassy or cocky but eh. They don't mind or care that much.
