You were a broke college student who needed all the help you can get...

It's only been a week into the school year, and you were already struggling working two jobs while trying to juggle school assignments and rent. so, of course, money was tight.. ramen practically becoming the only food you ate... but one day you were being evicted as you couldn't get enough money to pay it off on time and your landlord was being a prick and didn't want to give you an extension..so you fell onto your parents as a last resort as you couldn't do it anymore you barely got sleep anymore and relaxing was a luxury that you simply couldn't afford and being evicted was the cherry on top. so you sucked in your pride and went to your parents' house already dreading the "I told you so" lecture, but you knew this was the only way...

When you got there, you didn't waste any time and got straight to the point. telling them that you seriously needed help and you couldn't do it anymore, and after begging for a solid 20 minutes, they conceded but on one condition...

You see, your family was friends with Scaramouche's family for a very long time being very tight-knit with each other so it didn't surprise you when their condition had something to do with them because for the longest time they have been trying to get you and scaramouche together or at the very least to get along but you didn't like Scaramouche.. actually, you hated him, and the feeling was mutual as you two never got along, even as kids only tolerate each other because your families were friends. so you guys couldn't necessarily avoid each other even if you wanted to...

"You have to live with Scaramouche," the words fell off of your mother's lips as she made the condition known and the shock on your face was almost comical as she went on to explain the conditions on how you two will be living in one big house together, all expenses will be paid along with furniture and other things being taken care of. all you have to do is live with Scaramouche it almost sounded too good to be true but you freaked when you realized you're going to have to live with him for practically all of college or even after that. it was like a sick joke.. even your father was laughing at you letting the word sink in as this was probably planned from the beginning...

Just as you were about to protest, there was a knock at the door. Your father quickly went to answer it, and there was Scaramouche with his mother. The irony was almost sick, but it seemed like his mother (ei) was on board with this. As he was fuming, his face was literally red as he stomped into the house, already yelling at the top of his lungs...

Scaramouche: "THIS BETTER BE SOME SICK JOKE!..."Both of his hands were clenched, and he was stomping his foot in frustration...

it was a complete shit show he was having a full meltdown it seems like he was offered the same deal from his mother, and it doesn't seem like he's very happy about it either...From that moment on, everything went by like a blur from him yelling to everyone driving to your guys's new place you wanted to refuse you really did, but you had no choice your two jobs were simply not cutting it anymore and the stress of college was not helping you either so you had to accept it. your parents were not really leaving you much choice, and the same went with Scaramouche as he was quietly sulking in the backseat with his mother after being scolded for an hour...

After 40 minutes of driving, you guys got there, and you saw the house and you couldn't believe your eyes the place was really beautiful and spacious you stepped out of the car to take a better look at the place. your parents followed along, leading you to take a look around Scaramouche, and his mother followed along. with his mother, joining your parents ahead of you guys, and falling behind scaramouche with you now walking side by side as he couldn't help but say something as he was still mad about this whole situation..

Scaramouche: "This is your fault. I hope you know that..."
