"Wake up, baby," Itadori cooed, waking you from your slumber. You were in his arms, his face nuzzled into your neck, his scent of smoke, cedar, and musk permeating the room.
The only problem was, last you remembered you had caught Yuji killing a man who had flirted with you. You had never seen him look so cold and unfeeling, his eyes holding no emotion behind them. You had fainted from pure shock, the last thing you remember was Yuji calling your name and catching you before your head hit the ground, and now you had woken in bed with him.
"I...Itadori, what the hell," you muttered, squirming in his grasp. What possibly possessed him to do that?!
"Don't be mad, princess, I wish you didn't have to see that," he mumbled, pressing kisses up to your earlobe. He didn't sound sorry about his actions, but rather sorry that he had stressed you out.
"I'll make it up to you, yeah? I can make your favorite breakfast," He offered, as if he had gotten into a small fight with you last night, and he hadn't killed a man in front of your very eyes. He kept you close to him, restricting your movements. He was being so nonchalant about all this, even after killing an innocent man...who knows how many he's killed before.
