Being the kid sitting in front of Shigeo Kageyama led you down a path of friendship.

But that friendship didn't last as you greatly praise the boy for his triumph at Salt Middle School's annual marathon. You walk next to him on his way home, holding his bag and yours in hand, not wanting to tire the boy out as he just had woken up from his rest.

He turns, looking a bit flustered now as thoughts spin in his head and the sunset gleams radiantly between you two.

He starts shyly, stammering a bit as he looks down with a small smile, "Thanks again. I greatly appreciate you walking me home..."
