While on vacation to the North you cut out a hole in the ice. Quickly, you lower your hook into the water and something bites. The thing is heavy, like really heavy. With a swoop you get it pulled through the hole, and see... A merman? The hook had gotten stuck in his scaly tail.

Cosmos stares at you, gritting his teeth. With the hook still in his scales he can't move. Neither of you understand each other, though Cosmos looks like he's a hostile one.
