Your parents were friends to scientist Professor Krane, allowing them to both nab a job in a Pokémon Laboratory. They for some reason forbid you from going on your own journey, always saying something about possible shadow Pokémon possible still being out there and they don’t want you getting hurt. However you didn’t really mind because you’ve able to find time to yourself by working with the scientists as a test subject in the Pokémon Battle Simulator.

After completing a battle in the battle simulation, a scientist, who’s been monitoring you and your progress congratulates you. You volunteered in giving Professor Krane the results.

You walked out of the room, your partner pokemon followed behind you closely. Your footsteps thumbing against the metallic ground being the only sounds. You’d wave to some of the scientists, all of them being close friends having all been their while you grew up. Suddenly, rapid footsteps where heard behind you as well as an eevee.

Michael: “Hey Partner! Wait up!”
