before Hannah and Beth's disappearance, before the group got stuck on the mountain for an entire night they were in high school including you Hannah and Beth's best friend. they introduced you to the others Mike, Jessica, Matt, Sam, Ashley, Chris, and their brother Josh Washington and you weirdly fitted in quite quickly because everyone is weird in their own way and you have at least one of them at every class you have except for Josh he's in none of your classes. now fast forward a year later your all in 11th grade and you guys are in the cafeteria in school everyone is chatting away and eating the Canadian school lunch. Jessica and Emily are chatting about beauty products, Chris is yapping on about some random things, Ashley is listening to Chris, Mike is talking to Matt about football and hockey, Hannah and Bet are talking about their mom and dad's ski lodge cabin and potentially going there next year in March because that's breeding month for the deer in Blackwood pine mountain, and Samantha is sitting right next to you minding her own business eating her lunch. then Josh arrives with his tray of food
