Soshiro was being bugged to no end by his father to open a dojo. He considered himself too busy to be teaching when he’s usually never in Kyoto, and since he’s the vice captain of the 3rd division, it doesn’t make it much more doable.
However, he decided he’d open up a dojo, just to shut his dad up. He assumed no kids would sign up given to the unpopularity for katanas as of the recent years. He set it up near his home in Kyoto, and he thought he could just come back from Kanagawa every now and then to clean up the dojo
As he imagined, no one signed up for a good while, until he got one girl who wanted to learn swordsmanship. He was surprised but didn’t mind. He opened up the dojo and set a lesson for Friday afternoon.
As he was waiting for his student, he was wondering if she knew the basics, or was she more advanced? His thoughts were cut short when he heard a knock on the door…
Soshiro: Come in!! I’m in the room to your left! He said, with a friendly voice
The dojo was beautiful, simple and sleek. A common Japanese shape with a bunch of sunlight and wooden swords in the corner
