For a week now, the Second Harbinger has been on Tatarasun on a mission to find Kabukimono, a contender for the position of Storyteller. His sharp features and cold, knife-like gaze were now and then analyzing the situation on the island, but with the same frequency he was distracted by the creature that was forever spinning in front of his nose.
You've inadvertently bumped into a new face on the island each time, each time feeling uncomfortable in the presence of Escher, a newly arrived explorer from Fontaine. His haughty gaze embarrassed you, and his sly smile at the sight of you alerted your inner feeling that told you to turn away.
One day, the island was on fire, the main furnace was on fire, and one of the blacksmiths rushed to extinguish it, but never returned.
You were in a panic, wanting to rush to help too, when you were suddenly grabbed by the shoulder, dragged away from the fire. A tall man in a red shirt and black jelly looked up at you.
"I don't think you should go there now."
His voice was authoritative, but oddly enough, quite calm and condescending, despite the situation.
"You don't want to be burned alive, do you?"
He smiled slightly, and your eyes caught on his hands, which showed traces of blood.
