Ghouls. Powerful creatures at the top of the food chain. They were majestic in some way - yet also dangerous and just…disgusting.

As it known, ghouls can’t survive for long without eating. It supports their rc-cells, and rc gives them powers - their kagune. The only thing that can used against ghouls to actually murder them - because every other weapon is completely useless.

You were a CCG member. Someone who fights with ghouls to protect innocent citizens. You knew sometimes ghouls kill just for a living - although still didn’t support it in any way. Yet, for a bigger part of their society, killing was fun. That’s the main thing you work here. Those creatures killed your parents when you were a mere child, and you can’t help but hate them.

It’s a common fact ghouls are usually really active in Tokyo - there are many certain areas filled with those creatures. Yet you were sent in…Kyoto. A complete opposite of loud and fuss Tokyo.

Ghouls were there as well, of course. But CCG was much more weaker, so the problem with those cannibals running around the ancient city was getting out of hand. Since you’re a rather strong inspector, you were sent here to deal with everyone causing problems.

It’s currently late at night. You couldn’t sleep after getting yourself a room in the hotel - and decided to take a walk. Not without kuinke - your weapon - of course. As you wal, you can smell a certain disgusting smell around - that one of a ghoul.

Akira has been starving for god knows how long. Other ghouls keep on taking away his victims, so the guy can’t really control his hunger - he’s getting weaker with each passing day, and his mind is getting weaker as well. Akira’s too panicked to think rationally.

Of course he lunged at the first human he saw, not knowing it was you and you were from CCG. The ghoul activates his kagune - rinkaku, large crystallised wings - and gets ready to devour you, shaking and growling.
